Shipping and Delivery UK

All work is shipped 24hr Royal Mail Special delivery to UK Main land as standard.

Delivery and lead times may vary dependant on your order and whether or not items are ‘Ready to ship.’ Please contact me for lead time estimations.

Items that are ‘ready to ship’ will aim to be dispatched within 2-3 days, if items are required more quickly please contact me first.

Items that are not ‘ready to ship’ will be made to order which can take 2-3 weeks, if items are required more quickly please contact me for time estimates.

Royal Mail delivery times are not guaranteed by me. Tracking will be provided for you to arrange redeliveries. If you require delivery on a specific day to receive the item please let me know and I can accommodate.

Shipping and Delivery International

Delivery times will vary dependent on location.

Shipping is either via UK Royal Mail Postal service, and then onto your local postal delivery service Tracked and Signed, or you can select a courier service that will normally be with UPS or DPD. Courier delivery is normally quicker and will have more tracking information. A COURIER SERVICE FOR ITEMS VALUE OVER £500 IS REQUIRED.

Shipping to EU and rest of world will incur import and customs fees that will vary dependent on your location and are payable by you the customer to the relevant service or customs directly. They will normally contact you fop payment of these before delivery.

Shipping to USA will incur import fees, these are included in your shipping costs and paid by me on posting. In rare cases additional fees may occur and these are payable by the customer.

It is the responsibility of the customer to follow tracking and communicate with any customs correspondence, but I will do my best to help you with this.

Please contact me if you have import concerns or questions and I will try to help. I will always do my best to minimise fees.

Returns and Refunds

All international orders are unfortunately non-refundable as returns are too complicated with shipping and import. In the unlikely event that items are damaged in transit or faulty please contact me immediately and provide photographs.

UK mainland orders are refundable or exchangeable if items are returned unworn within 2 weeks of receipt in undamaged original packaging and I am notified within 3 days of receiving the item. If the item is damaged or I am fault, I will cover the shipping charges.

You must notify me prior to posting any returns. When returning an item, please ensure that you package it securely and return via a tracked postal service, I recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer for safe transit of any returns.

Please carefully inspect the items on arrival. Gradual fading of metal oxidisation over time, or any changes due to wear over time will not be considered damage.

Repairs and Alterations

If you have a repair request please get in touch via email. Every repair will be handled individually to determine the cause of damage and any potential associated costs. I cannot accept responsibility for faults caused by extensive or excessive wear over time, incorrect care or accidental damage.

Sizing

When ordering, particularly with rings, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size although I will do my best to assist you with this. All items are sized at standard British jewellery industry measurements. For further advice please contact me via email.
