This privacy policy describes how Emmeline Hastings uses personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations. Personal information is any data which can identify an individual, which would include your name, postal address and email address.

I may store contact details, postal address and any emailed correspondence. I do not store your payment details which are taken through secure third party platforms.

I store your information for direct marketing, and for contacting you or posting to you.

I will not provide your information to third parties except when required by law.

You can change your mind at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email you receive from me, or by contacting me at info@emmelinehastings.co.uk. By signing up to my mailing list and through any direct correspondence you are giving me permission to store your contact information unless requested otherwise.

Your contact details will be stored within my mailing list contacts through my website host Squarespace, and email correspondence will be stored within my email provider Yahoo and Gandi. I will take all reasonable precautions to keep your information safe but cannot accept responsibility for any breach of third party systems.
