Make your own wedding rings
Wedding Ring Making Experience
A truly memorable day handcrafting your own bespoke wedding rings in our Bristol studio.
Wedding rings can often be at the bottom of the list during wedding preparations. The market is big and varied, in price, quality and design. By making your own rings you can create a wonderful lasting memory as well as some lifelong bespoke handcrafted jewellery.
It’s a great creative alternative to the mainstream and can all happen right here in our Bristol Studio in one day.
With over 15 years experience as a jeweller, Emmeline is there to guide and assist you through the process from start to finish, ensuring a high quality and perfected finish you will love.
Process and Prices
We’ll start with a free no obligation casual consultation to look at samples, size your ring fingers and choose your style over a cup of tea. You’ll pick your metal, it’s carat and colour. Whether platinum or gold I can advise your choices. This will be followed by a quote for metal prices and booking in your workshop day.
The workshop is £500 per couple for the whole day, including hallmarking, lunch from our local artisan bakery Bristol Loaf and refreshments such as tea coffee and a celebratory glass of bubbles. Your metal costs are on top of this at wholesale price and entirely dependant on your size and design choices.
We’ll start our private class by working with silver rings in the morning to get a feel for the process and tools. These are a great way to build confidence and check sizing. You take these away and they make great stand in rings for when you don’t want to damage or lose the real thing. By the afternoon when we’re ready we’ll move on to your gold, palladium or platinum rings.
We’d love to help you on your way to your big day and personal wedding rings with sentiment. Ask us any questions and get in touch to book your free consultation here in Bristol.
We normally recommend you leave at least a month before the big day, but if you’ve left it late see we’ll see what we can do!
This workshop normally runs on a Saturday, but consultations are available Monday - Saturday 10-5pm
